When You Feel Like Giving Up

We All Have Those Days, Some of Us Have Them Frequently

“F*ck this...”

If I’m being totally transparent, this phrase enters my consciousness more times than I care to admit.

Ever been there?

There are dark days in the creator’s world, but that’s not often mentioned in the fine print.

But like learning to walk, drive, or figure out why love never lasts… (no angst here, really 😵‍💫)—if we stop trying, we settle for mediocrity and persistent melancholy in daily life.

That’s no way to live.

Reasons for Wanting to Quit the Creator Life and Go Back to a Nice, Safe Job

1. 🦗🦗🦗🦗 None make that option attractive for me. You?

Sane Reasons for Wanting to Quit

1. You lack social proof for your offer.

2. You create content and get little to no response.

3. You make repeated offers that go unnoticed.

What’s the appropriate response?

Well, I’ll share with you how I’ve responded (after screaming into my bed pillow until I’m voiceless 😳).

I go for a walk with Kona.

When I feel knocked down…I get back up…again.

My response?

1. Fine-tune my existing offer.

2. If it’s still not suitable for my current audience profile, I create one that is.

3. Rinse, and repeat.

I mean, what’s the alternative? There are only so many pillows, right?
