ISSUE #73 - It’s OK to Remain a Tiny Tribe (as long as you harness the power of Next-Step Offers)

I’m fine with being a Tiny Triber forever.

That’s because my income isn’t solely dependent on my Pro-Level Members’ dues. Instead, I leverage my 20+ years of marketing expertise into my Beyond The Subscription (BTS) coaching program, where I earn most of my income.

BTS is my Next-Step Offer (NSO) that teaches growth-oriented Substackers to develop their own NSO and generate as much recurring monthly revenue as they wish.

Focusing solely on paying subscriptions is a very slow and frustrating process. If that’s your chosen monetization path, good luck.
