I suggest selecting a time when you can listen in privacy. Earbuds and headphones work well for this. 🎧
Essential: Listen to these when you’re seated and alert, NOT while driving, cooking, or walking your furry friend. 🐾 Meditation is a time of relatively silent sitting.
As I’ve stated elsewhere, meditation can become a pathway toward clarity around issues you carry with you.
While meditation isn’t a panacea for everything that modern life throws at us, it can help you cope more effectively with the stresses and stuff that life brings into your daily life without creating a story around it.
I suggest listening to the guided meditations for the next seven mornings and evenings for maximum results.
